I relied on previous Amazon reviews for this product to connect a Panasonic TH-50PZ85U 50" Plasma to an Onkyo TX-SR606 Receiver, both purchased from Amazon, with these HDMI cables. I also connected a recently purchased Sony DVP-NS77H DVD player. I highly recommend all these components, and the cables worked flawlessly. I knew from previous experience that there is no reason to pay "Monster" prices for cables. I have always found Amazon's reviews to be an excellent guide for prospective buyers.

I ordered this product to hook up my Xbox 360 to my new HDTV. I was initially very impressed with the picture quality, but when I played NBA 06 for the first time, I got crackling feedback during portions of gameplay. Now this has never happened using the standard component cable that was included with the Xbox, so I know that the cable is the problem. I let the manufacturer know, and they were nice enough to send me a second cable to see if the first one was defective. Well, the second cable arrived, but much to my disappointment, the same issue occured with the second cable as well. The crackling feedback occurs during parts of other games as well, but usually during unimportant parts of the game. The cable works great during Halo3, so I'm unsure as to what is causing the problem. Overall, the video quality is so much better compared to the component cable, that I still use this product. Good value for the money!

These cables seem to work great so you don't have to buy the expensive HDMI cables.

Exactly what you expect it to be, zero quality issues, I run a gaming pc to a 1080p 42" LCD at full res, it's beautiful. Don't spend more than this

Came as advertised, and quick. I am not an A/V expert but it seems to work just fine - high def pictures on my Samsung PN50A450 (720P) are sharp. Don't know if $50 +/- premium HDMI cables would make the HD and standard res pictures any better....I may try a comparison. But from what I have read, the premium cables provide little, if any, improvement over low priced cables like thses for short (6-ft) runs.
