Product Description Be ready to be amazed. Nothing is quite eye-opening like taking your notebook off the desk and dramatically improving your viewing angle. By elevating your laptop, youll change the way you sit at your desk. Instead of hunched over your laptop, bending down over the desk to type, youll find yourself relaxing back in your chair. Youll find yourself comfortably looking forward instead of cricking your neck down to see the screen. The further you raise the stand, the more youll sit back, relax, and enjoy. With six elevation settings, you can adjust the stand to your specific needs. A separate USB keyboard and mouse (sold separately) are a great addition to using the stand. If the notebook is in the lower elevation settings, you can still easily type on the keyboard. As an added bonus, the Laptop Stand sports a 4-port USB hub so you can connect a USB-enabled keyboard and other accessories while keeping your notebook free from the clutter of multiple cables. Hid out of the way, the USB hub can be detached from the back of the laptop stand for easy access. Simply slide the hub back into its holster when finished.

Great comfort booster June 6, 2008 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
You have not lived if you haven't had the opportunity to use this laptop stand! It makes all of the difference in the world, it lets you adjust the placement of your laptop's screen to the position that is most comfortable and easy on your eyes. The array of different positions is great. This product is taken advantage of fully when you are using a full size keyboard and a real mouse with your notebook. This allows you to put the screen of the computer at a more even level with your eyes reducing strain upon them. Then you are able to sit back in your chair with your back straight and in a more comfortable position. In the long run this could mean the difference of a painful, interrupted night of sleep as compared to a peaceful, rejuvenating nights sleep. This is a must have product if you work in an office daily and have to use your notebook excessively. This makes your notebook feel more like a desk top PC.
I love it. What a great device! June 6, 2008 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
This product is fantastic! I showed it to everyone around the office that uses a notebook at their desk. I had them sit in my chair to see the difference. This stand helps me sit back in my chair. Prior to getting the stand, I would lean in, hunched over my notebook, and type making my eyes, shoulders, and back very tired. Now I sit back in my chair relieving the pressure off my back. My eyes don't get as tired because the notebook is at eye level and I can sit back in my chair.
I'm still able to type while using the stand without a USB or wireless keyboard. I keep it on the lowest setting to be able to type.
The front lip that holds the notebook gets in the way a little bit of my laptop's touch pad, so I use an extra mouse.
The stand is very sturdy. If I push back on the notebook, it's not in danger of tipping over, and I use a large 17" notebook. I had seen other stands and worried about them not being sturdy enough or my notebook accidentally falling off, but this stand is much, much better.
I recommend getting a mouse and keyboard to use while the notebook is in the stand. It will make it easier to type although on the lowest elevation setting, you can still type on the notebook keyboard.
