 Nice Savings August 16, 2008
I've had bad luck with reconditioned ink cartridges but when I priced the new ones at the store they were $30 plus. I got this one, it's brand new HP brand, not reconditioned, and I got it for much less than the store prices.
Very Good Buy July 15, 2008
We bought this and the color inkjet as a package deal and it is a very good buy. We researched other areas and the prices are much higher for the same products.

Nothing special to report. The item was out-of-stock at my local office supply store. I got it fast from Amazon!

What can one say about an ink cartridge? It installed easily and worked. I used it pretty heavily for awhile and it still have some ink left. I got the refurbished one for a total of I think $7 so it was worth it just for that project. The retail price is pretty steep; I'd be interested in if it lasts longer or why there's such a price difference. Ink quality, etc?

Although the cartridge looked a bit old, it works very good. No leaking, good price, and quick delivery.
