lasko fan does the job October 10, 2008
i purchased 2 of these fans for the covered patio at my lake cabin. it does the job of circulating the air and installation was a snap. i just wish they were a bit more powerful. i will probably purchase again for another covered patio where ceiling fan installation isn't possible.

I have a patio on the west side of my home. I installed two of these little jewels, one at each end of patio on the support posts of the roof overhang. Perfect. Quite, looks good, and moves lots of air. Great deal for the price.

I bought this for my parents to use in their garage. They love it. Say it works great. They just ordered another one for their bathroom.

I bought 2 of these (model 3016) fans. I thought the 1st one was just a bad apple. However both of them had blades that were out of balance. This made them vibrate, and when you hung them on the wall the whole wall vibrated, loudly. This is poor workmanship and or quality control. I went with another brand.

I installed this in my living room that has a vaulted ceiling. Right now it's 95f with high humidity here in Memphis. It complements the air conditioning well and is as quiet as a fan could be. I like it so much I bought the 12" version to go in my bedroom.
