  Right size, right price November 19, 2008
This product is great - within a few days of using it, the mold was gone from our basement, and hasn't returned. At first we ran it every day while we were at work; now I run it maybe once a week. It is also great if you're drying laundry in your basement - it helps the clothes dry a lot faster, and prevents the wet air from accumulating. It isn't the quietest, but if you run it while you're out of the house, or on a different floor, it isn't really a problem. I was a bit worried it wouldn't be big enough for our 800 sq ft basement, but it has worked great, and I'm reassured by the automatic shut-off, which prevents over-flow.
