  Awesome product, great deal! September 20, 2008
I am super happy with the video/sound monitor. We have the camera on our baby's crib and ran the cord to our room through the attic (my husband is a carpenter so this may be easier for him to do that some others) but it is so nice to watch her in her crib and make sure she's safe without having to go in her nursery and check in on her. This is especially convenient in the middle of the night, when I wake up and she's still sleeping through a time when she usually wakes up. I get worried so I'll simply turn on the monitor and see that she's fine. The sound and picture quality are adequate for the monitor's purpose. The camera is able to focus (manually). I highly recommend it for anyone with a baby! It would be perfect for any little kids rooms too.

I purchased this system instead of a doorbell. It was very easy to set up and easy to use. The picture and sound are both very clear. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought this to use a baby montior since all other wireless ones had interference. After drilling holes in my floor to run the wires, in ONE week, the monitor went out on this product! Amazon replaced it NEXT day and in one week THAT monitor went out!!! And it had a funny electrical smell when it blew. Fire Hazard!! I would not waste my time with purchasing this item!!

This is a great deal for a baby monitor. Very clear picture, don't forget it is not wireless so you do need to be able to run the wire along the wall or something. I bought this because my wireless camera monitor was affected by every plane that flew over, my cordless phones, very unrealiable. This is a great deal, scoop it up!!
