Very happy July 14, 2008
As a novice and occasional photographer, Nikon has been an excellent choice without making a big investment. I would recommend the D40 or 60 to anyone moving up to a digital SLR. The range of optional lenses available is great and they can be used on many Nikon camera bodies.
