Excellent Lightweight with Carrying Case June 19, 2008 turned out to be pretty good, lightweight n look at the price ! Ain't it cheap ??
Great little tripod! June 18, 2008 This tripod is small, light, and inexpensive. It didn't have instructions but didn't need them; my inquisitive 6 year old (mostly) put it together while I wasn't looking. It has a quick release; the hardest part is attaching the quick release plate to the camera. I've gotten good results taking long-exposure photos of the night sky. When it folds up, it is very light and compact and comes with a convenient case. But when extended, it is quite a nice useful height. If you just want a nice, small, cheap, effective tripod, this is the one to get.
Great value June 18, 2008 Great tripod for the price. Feels a little flimsy at first but it works great, is easy to set up, and the price is right.
Best Tripod for the price !!! May 30, 2008 I really loved. Simple, lightweight and large !! And the price is the best !!!
Ok for non-professional, traveling or beginner May 29, 2008 I read a lot of the reviews and wasn't sure what to expect from this tripod, so I decided to try it out for myself. I'm planning a trip so I wanted something that was easy to carry and lightweight. This tripod definitely offers that. It also has quite a few adjustments for such an inexpensive tripod.
However, if you are serious about photography I would skip buying this. I tried it out on my Nikon d40 and found that the mounting plate doesn't screw in tightly (causing the camera to swivel when turned to a downward/upward position). I've used professional level tripods and they are definitely worth the money. If you're looking for something really sturdy and high quality I wouldn't really recommend getting this tripod.
