Very pleased with stand June 25, 2007 Amy E. Brown (Wisconsin, USA) 37 out of 38 found this review helpful
It was a gift for my husband, who is a musician. He liked it very much. It is extremely study and it is hard to tip over, unlike his previous stand, which would fall over easily and dump his music all over. It is wide enough so that he can have several music books open at a time. He is enjoying it a lot.

I bought this a few weeks ago and am very impressed. Goes together easily, large capacity, good quality stand. All the adjustments, including those you can make to the "feet" make it easy to store out of the way. (Unlike those with a fixed, star-shaped base.) Due to weight, wouldn't be my first choice for a driving vacation in a small car, but excellent for home/stage use. Recommended!
best stand for the buck December 19, 2008 jm (florida) 22 out of 22 found this review helpful
Just bought this stand as a personal christmas present. If you want a sturdy attractive well built and designed stand for a reasonable price, look no further, you've found it.
The only complaint I have is not with the stand, but the way it was shipped. It was not shipped in a shipping box, but instead, was shipped in the flimsy product box. When it arrived the flimsy box was heavily damaged. However, due to the design and ruggededness of the stand, not even a scratch.
I am proud of my new stand and higly recommend it to others. Just beware of how it is shipped.
OnStage SM7211B Music Stand - EXCELLENT !!! October 30, 2009 Daniel V. Berry (Merritt Island, Fl) 12 out of 12 found this review helpful
At the time I am writing this review, there are already 12 5-star ratings on this music stand. I will add my 5 stars as well. This has to be the best music stand I have ever used. I have been playing for years. I have used every kind of stand from the cheap silver wire ones you can fold up and almost put in your pocket, up to the Manhasset stands that are almost solid metal. I have to say, this is the best of them all. The moment I opened the box and put the thing together, I could feel the quality. This is one solid stand. I love the way it is designed. You can raise or lower the feet depending on how much space you have at the bottom. This comes in handy when you are playing gigs where space is an issue. Also, I love the clamps that lock it in place, They feel sturdy and seem to hold well. Finally, when you spread the feet out on this thing, you cannot push it over with ease. It would take a major gust of wind to blow it over, yet, it is still rather light weight. All in all, I would highly recommend this stand to any serious musician in search of a solid, well designed and built music stand. I already own an OnStage boom stand and it is great, so I knew I would not go wrong buying their music stand. An excellent choice.
Better than I expected. May 7, 2007 Benedict P. Lush (San Francisco, CA USA) 19 out of 21 found this review helpful
I thought this was going to be one of those stands I used at Music Class when I was a mere "chile." But it really is very nice and attractive and contributes to the atmosphere of my practice.
It is aesthetic as well as practical.
