When designing the Shoe Pouch, our primary goal was to ensure a snug fit, extensively testing it with reinforced, nylon lace loops, and a Velcro closure over the insertion slit. These designs maximize the durability of the Shoe Pouch while, most importantly, maintaining the accuracy of the Nike+ system.  Perfect if you prefer not to run with NIKE sneakers May 1, 2008
I can't run with Nike sneakers, but I really wanted to use the Nike + iPOD chip to monitor my runs (distance...) Some pouches I have heard are not great at communicating with the iPOD/NIKE unit, but this is perfect. I never have had any trouble with it and I recommend it if you would like to use the NIKE+ but not their sneakers

Excellent, saves you lots of money as you don't have to buy Nike + shoes. Has worked really well. It is well worth five quid.
Great Alternative April 28, 2008
I have never been able to wear Nike shoes and therefore thought I wouldn't be able to use the Nike+iPod. However, the shoe pouch made it possible for me to use without sacrificing my favorite shoes. I also alternate between two different shoes. Switching is as simple as relacing. It only takes a couple of minutes and your off.The product shipped fast and I have already logged over 50 miles since getting it. Don't give up your favorite shoes, get a shoe pouch!!!

The Nike + Shoes pouch works as expected. It is easy to put on. The shipment arrived in 3 days. I have noticed that the distances are off a little compared to my old Nike+ Shoes. I will have to calibrate the pod.
