5 out of 5 stars Give me the whole "P"   September 30, 2008
Very funky, all the tracks are great, there's not one I don't like. Haven't bought a cd that I've enjoyed this much in ages!!

5 out of 5 stars Just Saw Him LIVE-In Concert ...   September 22, 2008
I just saw this phenomenal musician LIVE In-Concert at House of Blues here in Cleveland. He really put it down, and his band was awesome! Once I saw the show, I purchased the CD in the lobby!

5 out of 5 stars Throwback   September 19, 2008
Brian Culbertson has found what George Clinton and Bootsy Collins used to bring forth every album. At the same time, he has stayed steady with his jazz roots. The mix works well for the CD.

4 out of 5 stars Great Stuff   September 19, 2008
Had a chance to see Brian in concert. He played most of the songs from this CD. It was a great concert; and the CD is great also. If you like Larry Graham, Earth Wind & Fire, Bootsy Collins. You will love this CD inspired by the forementioned.

4 out of 5 stars Funk Lite--not very funky   September 8, 2008

I love funk music and chose this album based on the reviews from other people. I was very disappointed by this album because with very few exceptions there isn't the grit and usually associated with funk. The music is good but I would call it 'easy listening' version/remakes of the masters.
