The book is a good introduction to the importance of taxes in business decisions. In some chapters you will find too much theory in respect to the presence of exemples, the chapters introducing international tax planning are too general. The biggest problem of the book is the absence of solutions of the exercices proposed at the end of each chapter. There is a clear international trend to present economics and taxes books with problems and solutions. The times were solutions are presented only in a separated volume accessible to teachers are over
