"This book is about how to remove the filters that prevent us from living more open, actualizing lives. It is not a recipe book for encounter. It is a private book intended for independent growth as opposed to the dependent growth strategies of group techniques. You do not need to have flashes of all-encompassing enlightenment or expensive therapists. This book is about the way to turn everyday lifew into a constantly present resource for personal growth.
