Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Set in the country of Nigeria, this short story is about a girl with a serious problem. She sees something no one on this earth would want to see. Told in the voice of a chatty deceptive kid, this story also touches on problems of cultural conflict, identity, gender, and spirituality.

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars great story!   January 23, 2008

Strange, chilling and I absolutely love the voice of the character. I hear that Nnedi based the character off of a real life Nigerian albino girl she met. I can't stop thinking about that.
