Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
In-depth neighborhood profiles and walking tours help travelers experience Mexico City like a local. Features include a handy, pull-out map, detailed information on the vibrant art scene, and restaurant reviews from foodie authors review. This is the only guide with a dedicated Gay and Lesbian chapter for the city that recently legalized same-sex unions.

3 out of 5 stars Decent Book- but watch out for mistakes!! 3 1/2 Stars   October 21, 2008

We held out until the last minute to purchase the brand new '08 version of this usually trustworthy travel series for our trip to Mex. City, thinking it would have the most updated info. As always the book is easy read, categorized by neighborhoods, and full of good facts. The problems- lack of details and on some of the restaurants/hotels, we wondered if the "researchers" bothered to go! Beware the spa section is labeled with the prices in Mex. Pesos making all 3 spas look like a good idea- well they were actually in US dollars, when the exchange rate is 13.5M:1USD this makes HUGE difference. Please try again lonely planet!?!
P.S. For factual updated info. I recommend printing the Mexico City guide from wikitravel before you go.
