Arrived on time in good condition. However advertised as 14K gold. That hallmark was missing from the item. No other gold ive purchased was missing that identifier. After reading online reviews of the seller, many reporting that returns or exchanges disappeared without the 100% guarantee being honored. I prefered to keep the item and hope i got my money's worth
