So Far, So Good March 8, 2007 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
We've only had the dispenser for about a month now, so I don't know how valuable my opinion really is. Nevertheless, no problems thus far. The design is slightly confusing, not in respect to putting the base together, that was pretty straightforward, took only 15-20 minutes. But the base is made out of thin plastic panels, on which you place the 25-30 pound water filter machine, and then on top of that goes the 5 gallon jug of water. Honestly, I'm amazed the whole thing hasn't collapsed. But there it is, with no visible signs of the dispenser falling over anytime soon. There was a bizarre, chlorine like odor in the kitchen the fist week we turned the machine on, but no one's gotten sick from the water.
Works great! February 6, 2007 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Hot water is oh soooo hot and cold water works great. Highly recommend. Well worth the money.
Perfect for a classroom. December 10, 2006 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I bought this unit when I was moved to the bungalows at my school and wanted a way to have hot water for instant coffee and cold water for the many days when our room a/c is broken. For the three months that I've had it so far, it's been great. I like the fact that I can turn the power off on the unit for evenings or weekends (just adds good peace of mind), and switch it on in the mornings for quick hot water and refreshing cold water throughout the day. I use 3-gallon home delivery bottles that I take to and from school without problem and these, combined with the countertop nature of this dispenser, make this just too convenient for me NOT to have!
