Works OK with USB Flash Drive, but does NOT work with my WD HDD Driver. I have to plug it directly to my laptop.

I ordered this mini-hub to hook my external hard drives to my laptop. Works perfectly. I have not noticed any difference between routing the hard drives through this hub or hooking them directly to my laptop. My wireless mouse, USB game controller, and ipod all work flawlessly through this hub as well. Good value for the price.
Good product October 3, 2008
This is a very useful accessory to any Laptop/PC user. With USB devices proliferating by the day, the standard 3 or even 4 USB ports provided turn out to be insufficient and this compact gadget provides additional ports with minimum fuss. And it doesn't cost a bomb!
 Won't boot with Vista September 27, 2008

I bought three of these. Good price an nice design. However, when I reboot Vista, Vista freezes up when it initializes the USB controller. It boots fine if I unplug these Belkin USB hubs. But hten I have to plug the USB hubs back in and it takes Vista 3-4 minutes to load drivers and get everything working. Sometimes if still goofs -- and I have to start all over again. I can't recommend these hubs for Vista.

Works fine except for one of my printers. I have not tried any other hubs with that printer.
