i've used this a couple times on shorter rides (20 miles) and found it to be helpful. have yet to use it on longer rides. cooling and comfortable in immediate use.

Chamois Butter is great stuff if you do a lot of riding. Helps prevent saddle sores. Rode 5,000+ miles last summer (07). This product was very helpful.
