 Great set. Read the caution August 29, 2008
Nice set works great. a word of caution, if you notice that the weights are coming off or the dial is sticking, make sure that the weight plates are facing the right way in the rack. On the bottom of each plate there is a tab that sticks out, that needs to be facing out. If one is not then the dial won't work and plates will fall off.

I have only had this product for about a month now, but I love it!! I am able to come home from office in the evening and get in a gym-quality workout in 30-40 minutes in the comfort of my own home. I will never have a gym membership again. The only downside is that I can see the need for the heavier version (90 lbs.) in the near future. As you increase your strength, 52.5 lbs is just not going to cut it for chest exercises.
great product SLOW shipping! August 20, 2008
The Bowflex dumbbells are great really nice looking and work well. The shipping company ABF was very slow and never contacted me to schedule a pick up time. So 2 days after my delivery date I called them and they said it would take another day to deliver. I ended up driving 30 miles out of town and getting them myself.
Instead of Supersaver shipping it should be called super slow shipping.

I've had these dumbbells now for just over a month, and I've been nothing but pleased. Very durable, easy to grip, and most important to me, space-saving.
