Pretty nice little bench for the money. Much better than I thought it would be. Difficult to put together. Item was damaged during shipping but, I got a replacement piece in about a month. A little longer than I would have hoped for.

I wasn't thrilled with this product. The box it was in was quite flimsy and so was split open on arrival. It wasn't packaged very well (not very much protective material inside surrounding wood) and so where the box had split, the wood was all scratched up. When I was putting it together, I had to "force" one of the slats of wood to align.
Now all that being said, I did not contact the company for a replacement...which I'm sure they would have done for me.

My glider arrived quickly and my teenage son assembled it. It fits my purpose as additional comfortable seating in my dining room perfectly. Works great in size and natural wood with the natural wood in my room. I am currently making matching cushions and pillows for it. My only issue is the strength. I would not suggest this product for a large person. My budget/conservative husband approved as well. It is fast becoming our favorite seating in the dining room.

You cannot beat the price for the product, I know. I searched every web site every store every possible resource I could and this was the best price I could find. However, the instructions for this produt are less than desirable. Very hard to follow and then there was a mishap putting on one of the arms that concluded with wood glue being applied to reattach some of the wood. :( Oh well all in all this is a good product for the price as long as you can visualize your product being put together without written instruction.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my parents.
Assembled it while watching a movie with no problems.
My parents were Very Happy with the finished product.
