The Cyprio Bioforce UVC 250 filter is a totally new concept in fish life-support systems for garden ponds up to 250 gallons. In addition, the combined filter/UVC unit will give Guaranteed Clear Water if the advice given in the Filter Equipment Selection Chart and the instructions are adhered to. The Bioforce UVC 250 features a pressurised design that can pump water up to a waterfall, allowing for creative and beautiful water garden options. It is small, yet efficient and easy to conceal. This unobtrusive filter can be sited almost anywhere and can even be hidden in the ground. Teamed with the appropriate pond pump with 250gph, the Bioforce UVC 250 will improve water clarity, remove unwanted solids from the water, and convert dissolved organic and chemical fish waste into harmless compounds. Promote clear and healthy pond water in your garden pond with the Bioforce UVC 250. If the pond is very dirty, the filter may need cleaning every few days at first, as it takes up waste matter very quickly. Once the pond becomes clearer, there will become less waste to remove, so the filter will need cleaningless often. Pressurized filters are at their most effecient when the foam becomes partially blocked, however, as blockage increases, less water can flow through the foam and cleaning becomes necesary. I have had a pond in my yard for 6yrs and have been threw many, many different filter systems made just for outdoor ponds that have lasted less than one year. This filter is still doing a great job and is easy to maintain. No more plunging in the water to change the filter mediums. The best filter I have purchased so far.
