Handy Dandy Little Container September 6, 2008 I have a Min-Pin, Ruby, who is 14 pounds. We travel quite a bit, and this container packs about a week's worth of food. Having 2 snap-off cups -- one for dry food and one for water -- makes this an all-in-one super product. Get one for yourself or for a gift. Woof-Woof!
Great gift idea! August 27, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this as a gift for a friends dogs! They are alwasy on the GO! I was quite impressed with this item. Wish it came in other colors, however. Great idea to have on the travels in the car! woof! :)
A MUST for travelling! April 26, 2008 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
We have two dogs (a Pomeranian and a German Shepherd/Australian Shepherd mix) and recently purchased this for weekend trips and an upcoming trip (Fla. to Maine). It holds enough food for both [dieting] dogs for 2-3 days.
Our Pom is highly susceptible to pancreatitis and must have special (unfortunately expensive!) dog food to prevent recurrences. The travel tainer allows us to not only take her food wherever we may travel but also to have two handy bowls (one for each dog) at the same time!
The handle is easy to remove and -- if it's fairly clean -- it can be stored in the food container while the bowls are in use. The lid of the bowl has an additional carrying handle for when the bowls are in use. Reassembly to a handled carrying container is as simple as lining up the two bowls and reattaching the handle. Also, the lid is large enough for most hands to fit into for cleaning (even my husband's hands fit in it).
