Product Description Frontline Plus provides your dog with the most complete spot-on flea and tick protection available. In addition to killing 98-100% of adult fleas on your dog within 24 hours, Frontline Plus contains a special ingredient that kills flea eggs and larvae, too, and keeps all stages of fleas from developing. By effectively stopping the development of new fleas, Frontline Plus completely breaks the flea life cycle. And, Frontline Plus kills all stages of 4 major ticks including those that may transmit Lyme Disease and Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. It's completely waterproof.

Frontline Plus has Changed ? November 19, 2008 I have used this for years without a problem, but I believe that they have changed the formula, because it quit working a few months ago when I bought my new batch. My vet said that they have gotten a lot of similar complaints, and that long time users have switched to other products. I am now using Advantix which works great, and also is supposed to repel mosquitoes, but there have been some cases where Advantix causes a skin reaction in some dogs, so you might want to try a single dose before buying an entire package.
I wonder if these mail order purchases are old stock from before a possible formula change.
best flea/tick product November 12, 2008 Frontline Plus has always kept my dogs flea and tick free. In addition, it is odorless and less oily than other products I have tried. I have never found a better price for it than at Amazon.com.
Excellent all the Way November 10, 2008 - Product arrived as described. - Arrived within the stated shipment time frame. Well packed too. - Item that arrived WAS NOT expired either (this was something my vet warned me about regarding online purchases). - I highly recommend this product to others looking for a good flea and tick removal for dogs. It must be used monthly as the instructions state. It has always done what it has stated to do and I do take my dog hiking in the woods near when I live and not once has he had a flea or tick.
Frontline Plus October 31, 2008 The product works great! We put it on our chihuahua and shih tzu and the fleas disappear. I was skeptical at first, but Frontline proves me wrong.
Works well. October 30, 2008 The product works well although my dog begins to endlessly scratch herself for days after the application.
