Directions: Rescue Remedy Essence: To relieve or prevent stress, put 4 drops in water and sip at intervals, or put 4 drops directly on the tongue. I bought this product for my stressed out cat. A few drops behind the ears and she calms right down. I have also tried the product myself (under the tongue method) and I have the same results. Considering the low cost, I would recommend for anyone to try it.

We used this with our cat, who hates to travel, as we drove across the country during a move. She was a mellow kitty and didn't freak out at all, which is completely unlike her. Normally, we have to give her tranquilizers. Nice not to have to drug her.
