First of all, this is simply a Doggie Dooley model 3000. I thought it was something better because the description states that it had an insulated lid. Well it doesn't. Just a simple plastic lid. You can find this exact model much cheaper on other sites. Kind of got the run around on delivery as I was told that it was out of stock but it was still listed on Amazon as in stock and the price was cheaper than what I had to pay for it. PPE did not respond to e-mails until I finally found a phone # to call and complain that the one I finally received was a model 2000. I also complained that I had not received a response to my e-mails which is the only info given when you get your order to contact customer service. No phone # for customer service was listed on the insert with the product. You have to go to PPE web site to acutally get the phone #. Once you go to there site, you will find this product much cheaper than buying through Amazon. PPE did send out the right product right away with a return label for the wrong one I received first so I was not out the shipping. I just finally put the thing in the ground this morning so I don't know how its goint to work out yet. I have tried the pyramid style in the past and this seems like it might be a better idea. Time will tell.
