Not must to really review, gotta have it in order for it to work. But I've experienced a brand new cartridge getting an beep from catgenie like it was empty.
Still trying to work that one out, besides taking it apart and cleaning everything. Will have to call customer service again tomorrow and see what other solution we can do to resolve my problem.
