I still use this product even though my dog is potty trained at 9 months. We live in a high crime area where it isn't safe to go out at night alone and this comes in handy. Originally I placed Nature's Miracle Pee pads under the Pup head grass to help continue what we practice outside. Our dog wasn't perfect in the beginning but with training/treats/praise he knew, green is where he pees. Now that he is grass trained, we use kitty litter under the grass/grate for those nights after a late night out or heavy rain, etc.
The price is high for some fake grass, cheap plastic grate and box. I tried to make this myself but after $50 lost in supplies, our dog didn't take to it at all. It took 2 months of debate,I did it and it helped us a lot.

I tried the product for 30 days and my dog didn't use it at all. Company refused refund, even though their site says I have 30 days to try it out. They say they do not accept refunds on dog toilets for health and safety reasons.
