Make sure you drink lots and lots of water! In 25 days I've lost 8lbs, BUT I did NOT take this POM pills everyday. I would take it on the days I did not have energy and knew that I was going to be around food. I also exercised every other day and ate much healthier. I have 3 to 5lbs more to reach my goal.
Some effects I experience were fast heart rate, dehydration, and suppress appetite. I was unable to have a good night of sleep as well.
It really works but why did they go up on shipping October 4, 2008
I love this product and are happy with my weight loss results.....I recommended a few friends to the website and they purchased this amazing product.......I'm displeased to say though shipping has gone up over 50%.....I wonder why....

I am super surprised at this product. I am overweight and purchased yet another product that is supposed to make me loose weight. I have been taking this for 6 days and to my surprise...it actually works!!! I have lost 3 pounds and I am really not trying hard as I initially had little faith in it. I would STRONGLY suggest getting it.

I have used this product since aug. 08 My weight was at 169 and a size 18 and now i am down to 142 and a size 10. I have another 10 to 15 pounds to go. The only side affects was not drinking alot of water i got really dizzy...SO DRINK LOTS AND I MEAN LOTS OF WATER>
