Inflated easily, holds the air - and resists puncture (as my 3 little kids have tried multiple times to "test" its able to resist abuse.... : )

I have bought this for my pregnancy. There are a zillion ways to use the ball. It's particularly good for rest or for opening up your hips when the muscles are tight. This ball is super strong. I've had a friend who is 215lbs use it too.
