 Snags hair!!! August 31, 2008
I never really got the chance to test it because this iron constantly snagged my hair. I ordered two of them when they were on sale one was for my sister, but I sent them back the next day.

I have straight wavy hair and I try it after I blow dry my hair , and while I was doing a section it was puffing the others section that I already had finished. at thy end I ended with the home iron. and gave to it my daughter, which by the way it didn't work for her neither .
The Best Flat Iron Ive ever owned, Better than the CHI August 2, 2008
I have had many flat irons, by many makers including Golden Hot, Ion, and CHI. This iron is the best, it doesnt get too hot because it has multiple heat settings, and it also doesnt fry your hair. I dont think i'll ever trade it in....
 Not happy with this straightener May 7, 2008
Before this straightener I had a 2 inch Revlon straightener, then I got my hair cut short so I needed to get a 1 inch straightener as soon as I could. I did not have very much time to look around for what worked because i have really thick curly hair, and I think it looks terrible curly. I bought this because it looked the best out of all the straighteners and it wasn't super expensive.
I only had this straightener a litte over a month and I was so unhappy with it. I liked it at first. It does heat up quickly, and is easy to use. It does pull on my hair though and it takes longer to straighten a chunk of hair than it did with my revlon. My biggest complaint is I had red highlights in my hair, it was stripping the red out of my hair!It faded sooooo much faster after i started using this straightener than it ever did before.
I ended up buying a Chi...way more expensive but its totally worth the money. I got a really bright red in my hair around the time I got my Chi and its still looking good, doesn't pull on my hair, heats up way faster and cut like 7 minutes off my straightening time! I've used the Chi for about a month and a half. I would not recommend getting the Infinity by conair.
