didn't work for me September 19, 2008 this product made my hair feel heavy and greasy it did not feel silky and soft
horrible product September 8, 2008 This stuff left my hair lifeless and dull. I usually have very shiny hair but it looked dirty after using this stuff for a few days. I rinsed like crazy and used the proper amount of product. It just doesn't work well. I'm back to using shampoo and conditioner (Burt's Bees rocks) and wont switch again.
This product is not for all hair types! September 1, 2008 My hair is straight, it is fine but I have alot of it. After two days of using this product, my hair is greasy and stringy and limp. I used a build up shampoo remover today and my hair is still not back to its self. I feel like I have this film over my hair. I wish I had never bought it.
Wen is great stuff September 1, 2008 I was skeptical about this stuff but am glad I gave it a try. I can't stop touching my hair! It's so soft, manageable, bouncy, and shiny, and actually feels repaired. I don't think the scent is so strong at all; in fact, I find it clean and fresh. I don't think I'll ever go back to regular shampoo and conditioner. Don't be afraid to give it a try. You get a generous amount, so the large number of 'pumps' to use per application isn't really as much as it would at first seem.
Good product, not so good customer service August 16, 2008 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
It didn't do as much for my hair as I expected but it's a nice product. It left my hair feeling VERY moisturized. The only caveats: 1. the mint scent is a little strong. If you're sensitive to such things, this may not be for you 2. Be aware that when you purchase from the vendor, you're automatically enrolled in a club. Your card is automatically billed and a package is sent each month. The vendor wasn't willing to issue a return receipt but said they would accept it back if I paid for the shipping. They also said I would be billed again later this month for the second package that I didn't want even though my club membership was (supposedly) cancelled. Rather than pay them for something I didn't request, I'm going to sell the unopened package. Or maybe gift it to a young lady going off to college this weekend...
