  Awesome Magazine... Delivery Stinks! September 10, 2007

I usually buy the magazine for My mother, she loves to read it! So, I figured I would give her the gift of the subscription. Well, I ordered it in very early July. Its now Sept 9th and I am still waiting for the 1st magazine delivery!
I have yet to see one delivered! So, as far as the magazine goes, its worth a read! The delivery needs improvement!

I bought this subscription to keep my language skills up by getting an Italian weekly magazine. I chose Oggi, because it is a good mix between news and entertainment news. I chose this subscription method, because it was cheaper than buying single copies at the bookstore. Reading news online with my beginning language skills is tough and it is hard to figure out which articles to read, because there are so many, The magazine is a convenient format with a great variety of stories pertinent to Italian culture.
BUT, sometimes I get 4 magazines in a week and sometimes I don't see a magazine for over a month. For the $200 subscription price, you would think they would have that ironed out.
The magazine gets 5 stars, but the deliver gets maybe a 2, hence the 3 star rating.

My other is from Italy and loves this magazine. I have a feeling, though, it is a national enquirer type of magazine, otherwise not fully a reliable news source. Good for entertaining if you speak the language.

I had a very hard time finding this magazine for my wife. She is Italian and likes to read stuff from home. I was very happy to find that I could get a subscription for her at a reasonable price. Thank You very much.
