On 12/3/06, I ordered this magazine, Gente. On 12/6 you told me that delivery takes 4 to 6 weeks. When delivery had not been made by mid-Jan., I called and was told that your delivery info was not accurate; delivery takes 6-8 weeks. OK, so this would not be a timely Christmas present. Now, it's 2/11 and the magazine may or may not be a timely Valentine Day present. How do I rate the magazine? What do you think? You cashed my Amex charge way back in December and the magazine is still not here. It must have been shipped on the Santa Maria, captained by C. Columbus!

I have been subscribing to this magazine for simply years. It gives an overview of politics, Italian as well as international, and covers celebrities as well, both famous and infamous.
I subscribe to it because it is easy to read and I can keep up with my Italian. The reason I gave it four stars is because sometimes it goes off on a tangent, such as covering obscure Italian politics, ad nauseam for several issues, and then I find it boring.
But overall it has never disappointed me.
