OK, I admit it; I am an aging hippy who hung out in the Haight in the 60's. Now I am a grandmother, pay taxes, and wonder if I can ever afford to retire. Go figure. I actually bought this fragrance because I had to have the bottle and was hoping for the best with the actual scent. It is wonderful--not heavy at all--and no patchouli! There is a slight flowery powery musk undertone, but not overwhelming-- I understand that the packaging box comes in four different designs; I wish I could choose that as well--maybe I need to order another bottle before it disappears from the market. Treat yourself; you only live once.
