This has got to be the best liner on the market. The soft felt liner is amazing, and goes on super smooth to give excellent definition and precision. The colors are great! and I've tried a few others, none have as much staying and non smudging power as this one! It is the best quality at a decent price for how long it lasts and how well it behaves.
A sure thing for any make up case is the Noir Black!
