Ouch! June 17, 2008 I never knew I had sensitive skin until I tried this product. I used it for 3 nights and by the third morning I had what looked like a sunburn all over my face. Very painful!
excellent product June 13, 2008 I was a skeptic, because I have extremely sensitive skin. (The dermatologist recommended I use Neutragena sunscreen w/helioplex and it burned my entire face.....so much so that it peeled like a bad sunburn.)
So I was a bit hesitant to use this product. So far so good. It's very creamy and keeps my skin really hydrated during the night.
I would highly recommend it.
I like it. My boyfriend hates it! January 19, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought this product and the "purity" face wash. I like both, especially the face was which seems to gently melt off all the make-up and dirt on my face. I also quite like the "hope" face cream, I feel like it improves the texture and apperance of my skin. My boyfriend, however, thinks it smells "chemically" or "fishy" and won't kiss me when I've just put it on! Admittedly, the cream has a scent to it, but I think it's neutral.
It works July 29, 2006 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
A friend introduced me to the Philosophy line. It didn't happen over night but I have seen vast improvements in my skin. I'm 40 and have the typical 40 year old skin problems. With Philosophy products (I use this in combination with Purity Made Simple) I don't get the breakouts, except for the occassion one that heals much more quickly in the past. When Hope Is Not Enough is thicker (looks like butter) than Hope, but I find for my sensitive, mostly dry, combination skin that it it gives me the best results without clogging my pores. I highly recommend it.
This is good, but Derma Step is still the best! May 10, 2006 7 out of 33 found this review helpful
I had tried all kinds of skin care systems, with different levels of success, but in the end, the Derma Step system works the best, with long lasting results. You can get a free trial and see for yourself here: awesomestufffree.com/dermastep
