Clearskin Rocks! November 17, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I love Avon because I grew up using their products, & they don't engage in animal testing. I'm 40-something now, & this product has been my go-to acne medication for years. I don't need to use it on my face anymore, but after showering, I use it under my chin, & on my neck & chest area. I recently ran out & had to buy some Sea Breeze, which I noticed contained less salicylic acid (the active ingredient) than Clearskin; needless to say, it didn't work as well. In looking at other products at the store, I realized that almost none of them contained 2% salicylic acid, like the Clearskin does. Plus, the Clearskin is usually cheaper. I hope I never run out of this again!
Not even worth a few bucks October 9, 2006 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
This product absolutely does not clear blackheads, and it hans absolutely no redeeming qualities as an astringint. It leaves the skin sticky and filmy afterwards. Then it causes more blemishes and blackheads due to the sticky and flimy residue left behind. I wouldn't recommend this to ayone.
