Doesn't work for me, will not buy again May 20, 2008 I bought it after reading the positive review : the best out of the 7 expensive eye creams.
I tried the eye cream on one eye and a Arden's eyecream on the other for three months. No visible difference was observed. I do not see my dark eye circles become lighter.
I was disappointed, so I stopped using it for two weeks. Then I found the eye cream turned into nasty grey color. It goes bad faster than average eye creams.
This is the best product i have tried April 18, 2008 I have really bad dark circles. I am only 18 and I've had them since i was really young. They are actually so bad that no matter how much concealer i put on you can still see them. I have tried a bunch of different products with no results. Finally I decided to try something one more time. When i first started using this product I was disappointed to find no results until I realized I was doing something wrong. The product states that you must wear SUN SCREEN or a moisturizer with sunscreen EVERDAY when you are using this product or after you have finished using the product. When i realized my mistake i Tried the product again using a lot of moisturizer with spf 30 after washing my face in the morning. Withing a week i saw drastic results. I have been doing this for almost 2 weeks now and my dark circles have lightened a lot. I am now fully able to cover them up with concealer.
Not worth it for me... July 26, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this product excited to finally see the end of my extremely dark eye circles. After trying several less expensive products, I thought maybe I'd splurge in hopes that this one would finally work for me. I have used the product religiously each night before going to bed for eight weeks now. I have seen zero results and returned the product yesterday. I'm disappointed, but to be fair maybe my circles are hereditary and not due to aging as the product advertizes (I am only 28). I'm really glad it works for some people. Anyone know of products that help more hereditary-based problems like mine, besides some sort of cosmetic surgery which I am about to look into?
Best out of 7 expensive treatments. March 12, 2007 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
Due to a thyroid condition (and age) I had very dark circles under my eyes. Finally sick of looking like an actress in "Night of the Living Dead", I tried 7 different undereye treatments. I tried one for each eye. Whichever one worked better, I would then compare to the next treatment. In the end, the Murad Lighten and Brighten was by far the best. It was the best of 7 expensive treatments. Don't waste your money on other treatments. This one definitely reduced the dark circles within 2 weeks, and with over 6 months of use, you cannot even tell I had problems with dark circles. Any puffiness and/or lines have decreased also. I love this product.
Dramatic results in 2 weeks!!! I LOVE IT!!! January 9, 2007 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
I have only been using this product in the evenings for about the last two weeks and have already noticed drastic improvements in the firmness and pigmentation under my eyes. Even when I wake up in the morning, there are no longer bags under my eyes. There is no sticky residue left over after putting it on either. Overall, this is the best eye cream i've ever tried. LOVE IT!!!
