 Elbow Grease not included with purchase July 30, 2008
I found to get off tough water stains or calcium build up even with soaking the tile with CLR and using 2 different brushes I had to use alot of elbow grease, not enough RPM's are generated with this product to clean dirty surfaces easily.

First, this has awful scrubbing power. And it's such a small sized scrubber, it isn't very useful in the tub or shower.
Also, mine leaked and eventually (after about 6 small uses) actually BURNT out...smoke & all.
A hazard, useless, a waste of money!

Just got a new Yorkie puppy who is indescriminate about where to go potty. I was using Nature's Miracle and an old washcloth to clean up. This is creat for carpet. My only complaint is that the liquid resevoir is too small and only hold about four onces of cleaner. It is a pain to continually refill.

I was really hesitant to purchase this because of some of the negative reviews but I'm thrilled that I did. After all, it won't magically clean anything for you, if anyone finds a gadget that does that please let me know.
I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone who has problems with the repetitive motion of scrubbing. I injured my shoulder and performing a scrubbing motion is painful. This alleviates the pain while cleaning at the same time, priceless!
It actually may take a little more time than ordinary elbow grease but it gives you a great clean with less exertion. The charge lasted a long time with no problems. Buy some extra cleaning pads while you;re at it, they disintegrate pretty fast with all that scrubbing.

I don't know why others would say this power scrubber is bad. I read all the reviews, both positive and negative, and decided to buy it anyway. This scrubber makes the just so much easier that I can only look back at those who don't use a tool like this as people who MUST be masochistic.
Does this tool make the task take less time? Maybe, but it's more like the difference between using a hand-crank drill and a power drill. There's never any question in anyone's mind that the power drill will make the job much easier, even if it takes the same time.
