Worth the price and shipping. I use it to make homemade pasta and it is great. If you are not making pasta, just buy some flour at your local store.

If you are going to take the time to make homemade pasta you must have Farina 00 Flour. It makes the pasta come out smooth and silky not crumbly like with regular flour.
